Guiding and inspiring the youth of our community to become the best version of themselves through football.  

• The Norris Youth Football Association is a non-profit organization offering instructional football for youth in 3rd through 6th grades 
• Teach respect for teammates, opponents, referees, coaches, parents, and siblings.
• Provide a positive, fun, and safe environment for every participant.
• Emphasize self-discipline through physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
• Pave the path for youth to build community pride, lifelong friendships, and lasting memories
• Strive to provide individuals with opportunities to develop skills and abilities while being a contributing team member
• Implement a consistent approach, and coach the fundamentals and proper techniques of tackle football
• Create a pipeline of positive leaders for succeeding programs at Norris Middle School and Norris High School

 The Norris community has supported youth football for over 40 years and with the formation of the Norris Youth Football Association, we have the foundation for youth football for the next 40 years
